In 2001, Chef Greg Nalley had a wake up call. It was the scary news that he had cancer. It was a defining and refining moment for Greg.

News like this can significantly alter the course of a person's life. But for Chef Greg that alteration would be amazingly positive. It was time to pursue a dream! To do something more than just work for someone else. Cancer forged a path toward the realization of a vision he had always had.

So chef Greg quit his job and started Nalley Fresh. He tells a little bit of that story here...
