It's happening.

The Gaithersburg location of Nalley Fresh is soon to open its doors! Finally, a chef-driven fast-casual point & pick restaurant that you could visit 365 days a year and conceivably concoct a completely unique flavor combination every single time. Or, if you like the same thing every time, you can get that too.

So, with a hopeful (fingers crossed) open date of January 25th, here's a quick update.

It's here to stay because healthy choices from endless combinations of flavors from a wide variety of cultures can never exhaust its welcome for seasoned foodies or every day people on the go. Words aren't enough, you'll have to come and Express Your Inner Chef! ™

Soon after the opening of Gaithersburg, our Columbia location is cued to open sometime in February. Located in Dobbin Center at 6455 Dobbin Rd, Columbia is soon to enjoy all the glories of chef-driven FRESH point & pick.

Will Nalley Fresh be coming to a location near you? Chef Greg Nalley envisions more to come, including some locations outside Maryland and growing to 15 to 20 stores. Why not? Not even a late-stage cancer diagnosis stopped him from following the fresh dream. "I don't see any reason why Nalley Fresh can't be a viable player in the fast-casual market... I look back and I wouldn't trade anything I've done for where I am right now," he said. "It's a marathon, not a sprint. Now I'm at that 24th mile, I trudged in there, I didn't quit."
