Today is a big day! I took my first step ever on British soil. As a "country boy" (ha ha) from South Carolina, I learned to appreciate cooking and tastes with grandma. I love international flavors and incorporate them into every offering at Nalley Fresh. I want you to Express Your Inner Chef™ with flavors from around the globe!

So TODAY is the beginning of my physical journey into the realm of international cuisines. It's cool as crap. I feel like a kid in a candy store!

DAY 2 LONDON

There just hasn't been any time to write. SO much excitement and inspiration! Up at 6 and absorbing, like a sponge, sponge, sponge until midnight. Heck 1 or 2 am.

London is such a fascinating melting pot of a place. There's something to discover in every nook and cranny of the city — like a Thomas' English Muffin. Like the rich Indian heritage. Like the Gastropubs (it's not your father's bangers 'n' mash anymore baby! :))

Then we found this awesome pop up. They describe it better than I ever could:

"Dinerama returns with a brand new roof and four new bars. That's right, Dinerama is now completely covered making it toasty and drizzle free with some of our favourite street foodies; Smokestak, Breddos, BBQ Lab and Yum Bun. Downstairs there's a brand-spanking new can and shot bar, aka the German Sex Dungeon (yes, really) whilst upstairs it's out with the old and in with the booze with a new alpine lodge, crystal cocktail palace and undercover wine garden. Entry free before 7pm and £3 after. WOOF!"
